I park on the street. Can I have one?+
Not a fixed charger. It has to mount on something you own and feed parking that belongs to the property. Trailing a cable across a footway is not something we will install.
The drive is round the back. How far can the cable run?+
Further than most people expect, but the run has to be sized for the distance and protected along its route. We measure it on the survey so the length is in the price, not a surprise.
Does the supply need upgrading?+
Sometimes. Where the main fuse and tails were sized for a smaller load, load management often solves it without touching the incoming service. We tell you which applies before you commit.
Does anyone have to be told?+
Yes. The network operator is notified for a charge point, and the work is notified through our NAPIT registration. We handle both.
