Will you change parts before you know the cause?
No. We test first and name the failed joint, accessory, cable or device. Replacement starts after you accept that hourly repair.
Can you find a fault that only happens sometimes?
Often yes. Intermittent trips, flickers and warm fittings still leave traces at the board or along the circuit. If the fault will not show on the day we tell you what we found and what still needs watching.
Do I get a certificate after the repair?
You get a minor works certificate when the repair needs one, from £95. An EICR is a separate safety report from £150 if you need a full inspection as well.
